Frequently Asked Questions
How do I order?
Simply browse through and click on the type of product(s) you want. You will then see the available sizes and colours. Choose a style and colour to configure and price the product, then hit the “Add to Basket” button. Your choice will then be added to the shopping basket. You can always empty the basket if you change your mind by clicking on the basket icon at the top of the screen and then pressing the remove button next to the product you wish to remove. Once you complete your order, you will receive an email confirmation.
Delivery charges
Delivery: Little Party Stop aims to ship all goods ordered so that it arrives to our customer in accordance with the delivery option chosen.
Our standard delivery is 5-7 working days and the charges for within the United Arab Emirates are: 20 AED / Free for orders above 300 AED.
Our express delivery is 3-4 working days and the charges for within the United Arab Emirates are: 30 AED
Next working day delivery is also available for deliveries within the United Arab Emirates. Place your order by 11am and we will send it 24hr tracked so that you should receive it the next working day. There is a 50 AED cost for this service.
During bank holidays and peak seasons such as around Eid please do allow an extra working day for delivery.
Missed delivery: what happens next?
If our courier attempts to deliver when you're not at home, they will leave a card to let you know and provide more information on your options. In many cases they will be able to leave your parcel with a neighbour, or they may try to call you to request further instructions .
Can I change my delivery address after my order is placed? You can't change your delivery address once you've placed an order. This is a necessary security measure to protect genuine customers from the potential of address fraud and redirection of goods to unauthorised addresses after being purchased.
Can I change, add or remove items once I've placed my order?
Unless you want to cancel, it isn't possible to alter an order after it's been placed. However, you can always place a further order, or contact us to cancel the existing order (providing it hasn't been dispatched yet) and place a new one.
What is the returns and refunds policy?
If you’re not totally satisfied with your order we will refund or exchange your purchase.
We apologies for this but we cannot refund personalized / custom orders or refund the delivery costs that we have incurred on any order in the event of a request for refund.You must return goods to us complete with all relevant packaging and in good condition at your own cost.
We do advise to use recorded delivery and arrange insurance against loss or damage. Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit. All refunds will be made within 5 days of us receiving the goods.

Can I return an order?
Most items from The Little Things are returnable except for made to measure or bespoke products (subject to returns policy). The Little Things gift cards are non-returnable.
